The VA708DE can work with the existing SPC switch to offer free global communications for medium- and small-sized enterprises.

 
1.Adopt VA708DE Series Gateways
      • The VA708DE series gateways can well work with the existing Stored Program Control (SPC) switch.
      • You can access all internal extensions of the enterprise to VAVAA global telecom system without changing the existing communications structure.
      • Enterprises can add a number of VA708DE series gateways based on their varied needs.
      • Quite a few conventional VOIP devices cannot be put into use immediately after purchased.
      •You have to invest a huge amount of money for system construction and inevitable maintenance.
      • On the contrary, you can use VA708DE series gateways right away and advantageously dispense with maintenance. The VA708DE series gateways are unimaginably easy-to-use.
      A、Introduction to VA708DE Gateway
      You can call a conventional fixed or mobile phone from any internal extension through the third-party terminating service without changing any extension number. By dialing the gateway number from other VAVAA phones, you can connect to the exchange, set polyphonic ringtones, and add gateways to 8, 16 or 32 ports at will.
      B、Description of VA708DE Gateway
      • VA708DE series gateways are specially designed for enterprises. A VAVAA communication channel is added to the existing communication structure of the enterprise by connecting a gateway with the external line of the SPC exchange, so that all the ordinary internal extensions can be connected with the VAVAA global telecom network. You can realize free communication across the world without changing any setting of internal extensions.
   • To call VAVAA phones more conveniently and quickly from an internal extension, it is recommended to use the SPC exchange with co-line group function.
VA708DE Gateway Architecture
      (1)Dial Global VAVAA Number From Enterprise Extensions
      As shown in the above figure, you dial “9” from extension 803 and then dial the IP phone number “835678xxxxx#” after hearing the buzz. Then the call is established between extension 803 and 835678xxxxx#.
      (2) Call Enterprise Extensions From IP Phone
      After dialing the gateway number “831234xxxxx” from any VAVAA number, you can hear the voice announcement “Hello, XX Company. Please dial extension or press “0” for operator.” And at the same time, you are connected to the existing SPC exchange of the company. Then you can dial “803” and enjoy free conversations after the extension user answers the call.
      (3) Call Conventional Fixed or Mobile Phone from Enterprise Extension
      Requirement:Before calling a fixed or mobile phone user, you need to pay for the use of gateway number 831234xxxxx and purchase related services from the gateway service provider (SP). You can set the payment SP code "800830xxxxx" and password over the WEB page.
      Dialing method: To call a conventional mobile phone from extension 801, you shall dial “9” to connect with the external line and then “0+133123xxxxx#” to wait for the mobile user to answer the call.

2.Adopt VA708DC Series Gateways
     • The VA708DC series gateways can well work with the Centrex.
     • If you are a Centrex user of local telecom without a SPC exchange, you may use VA708DC series gateways.
     • VA708DC series gateways provide an important function as follows:
You can switch all conventional fixed or mobile phones, and other VAVAA phones to be the extensions of your enterprise, and expand your extensions infinitely throughout the world.
     • You may connect VA708DC series gateways directly with conventional local telephone cables.

     • Connect VA708DC gateway directly with conventional local telephone cables.
     • Dial the existing numbers of the enterprise from a fixed phone as before.

     B、Description of VA708DC Gateway
     The VA708DC gateway is specially designed for Centrex users and the Call Center (CC). After setting your conventional fixed or mobile phone numbers to be enterprise extensions, you can dial any global VAVAA number through VA708DC gateway and any global user can make free calls to your fixed or mobile phones.
     • You can expand enterprise extensions infinitely throughout the world
     • The original dialing habits remain unchanged
     • Some conventional CCs can adopt VA708DC gateway to support and increase Internet calls without changing the existing structure

      (1) Connect a Centrex User with VA708DC Gateway

     One Number Links You (ONLY): After activating the ONLY service, you can:
     • Unify several of your ordinary communication numbers (for example, mobile number, pager number, office number, voice mailbox and home number) into one new ONLY number so that you can be conveniently connected through this number.
     • Change profiles (for example, home, office or outside) easily over Internet, or following the voice prompt through any fixed or mobile phone.
     • Set such modes as time segment, and holiday.
     • Set the forwarding sequence and answering modes at will.
     • Enjoy free conversation at home or office if you are connected through your ONLY number.
     Therefore, you can dispense with a host of inconveniences of answering a call by using the ONLY service.
 
      Centrex: Centrex is a type of PSTN-based virtual user switch service. It actually defines partial users (including ISDN users) of carrier-class switch as a basic user group. Users in this group can enjoy not only all functions entitled to ordinary and ISDN users, but also all functions of the Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) and some new features that fixed phone and PBX are devoid of. Centrex is an advanced telecom product used to upgrade or replace the PABX.
      Functions:
      "Centrex" functions = Ordinary local call functions + PABX functions + new service functions
      Performance Features:
      • Save conversation fees: The intra-group calls are free of charge, and only out-group calls are charged.
      • Save investment: You can dispense with the investment in PABX, air-conditioning in equipment room, trunk line and management & maintenance.

      • Variety in dialing mode: A Centrex user has two numbers, that is, a long number (that is, local number) and an abbreviated number (intra-group number), and they can co-exist. Centrex enables distinctive ringing for intra-group and out-group incoming calls. To call an intra-group number, an out-group user can directly dial the local number of the Centrex group, or forward the call through the operator. Intra-group calls can be made only by dialing the internal extensions.
      • Convenient capacity expansion: You can realize infinite capacity expansion without adding any device. When a new service is deployed, all Centrex users can apply for it.

      (2) Set Virtual Extensions of VA708DC Gateway

      (3) Call Users of Other Networks From Internal Extensions
      To call the IP phone number 830123xxxxx# from Centrex extension 83123xxx, you shall first dial “34xx” and then “830123xxxxx#” after hearing the buzz. You can enjoy free conversations after the IP phone user answers the call.
     If the IP phone is already set to be an extension of the gateway, you shall first dial “34xx” and then dial “603” after hearing the buzz. You can enjoy free conversations after the IP phone user answers the call.

      (4) Call Internal Extensions from an IP Phone
      To call an internal extension 610 from the IP phone 838123xxxxx, you shall first dial the enterprise gateway number 831234xxxxx. After hearing the pre-recorded voice announcement “Hello, XX Company. Please dial extension number or press “0” for operator”, you shall dial “610” (local call number: 83123xxx) and enjoy free conversations after the extension user answers the call.
      (5) Call a Conventional Fixed or Mobile Phone From Internal Extensions
      Note: Before calling a fixed or mobile phone, you need to pay for the use of gateway number 831234xxxxx and purchase related services from the terminating telecom gateway SP. You can set the telecom gateway SP code "800830xxxxx" and password over the WEB page.
     To call a conventional mobile phone from extension 610 (local number: 83123xxx), you shall dial “34xx” and then “0+133123xxxxx#” after hearing the buzz.
