1、Schematic Diagram of VAVAA CC
The vvcentrex (enterprise telephone exchange) of
VAVAA provides softswitch function for enterprise users.
The softswitch is a basic function of a telephone
system. As switch is to PSTN, so is the softswitch to
vvcentrex.
The VAVAA softswitch is responsible for
forwarding calls to desired called numbers based on the
following working modes:
Call center: Automatically forwarded to
idle Operation Process (OP).
Called number: Forwarded based on
the called PSTN number through the cooperation with
telecom gateway.
Calling number: Forwarded
based on the calling number through the cooperation with
telecom gateway.
Calling address: Forwarded based on
the calling IP address. This function is applicable to
public services.
Voice prompt: Forwarded to the
called party by following the step-by-step voice prompt.
Virtual extension: Forwarded
to the desired extensions or virtual extensions by
simulating the telephone exchange.
The “Voice prompt” working mode is preferably
used for the CC. For example, “Press 1 for Beijing
Branch, 2 for Shenzhen Branch, 3 for after-sales
service, and 0 for operator”
Note: You can install the CC system in any PC,
use it in a LAN and add an arbitrary number of
softswitch lines
2、CC Construction Diagram for Small- and Medium-sized
Enterprises
VAVAA enterprise gateway VA708DC can work with
vvcentrex to provide the following functions:
• Construct IP-PSTN-Converged CC without changing
the original CC structures of the enterprise.
• Add Internet call channels.
• Reduce the hardware investment of operation
process (Dedicated record cards are saved).
• Enable global distribution of CC.
3、CC Construction Diagram for Group User
It is easy and feasible to construct a global CC
for group users based on the operational principle of
vvcentrex. As shown in the above figure, group user B
has set up a CC. When N A(s) initiate a call to B
concurrently, B can voluntarily forward all incoming
calls to each OP. The OP of B can be a separate IP
phone, enterprise gateway exchange, or enterprise
exchange of another branch. |
