We own the unique core technology VAVCS.
We have created VAVCS communication service agreement,shich is the basic of VAVAA global telecom.
 
Installation and configuration of voice vvcentrex
1. download vvcentrex software
2. open "service" folder , double click "InstallService.bat" , and there is a dialogue box poping up " service installed successfully".
3. open " bin" folder , and then open " vvcentrex.inf" , add the yellow part ( issued and authorized by VAVAA) into "vvcentrex.inf".

Stipulation in the VAVAA license agreement

Take the above yellow part for example

switch_pno ------ your vvcentrex number is 800830xxxxx

switch_max ------ there are 100 extensions your vvcentrex in total

switch_key ------ the authorization codes issued by VAVAA( it's very important for you , keep it in the safest place )

switch_mode ------ work mode

switch_pass ----- VAVCS password of your vvcentrex number

4. record voice message for incoming calls
hello.wav , which is a guide voice file embedded in vvcentrex , should be recorded first .log in VAVAA soft phone , go to "video and audio" in the menu , record voice messages ,After recording , please save it in vavaa\answer . rename it as hello.wav and copy it under the catalogue of vvcentrex\answer. Ok, go to the next recording .

5. open " vvcentrex.inf" again , now, let's set guide table ---[switch_table]
[switch_table]

take the above [switch_table] for example

while someone call vvcentrex , he/she will hear the stored message , following the instruction of the voice message , if he/she press "1" , it will be forwarded to 12345678900
Internationalization
VAVAA supports different languages . you can record any language you want to , For example, you can record Chinese hello.zh.wav to answer these callers who speaks in Chinese, and record English hello.en.wav to answer the English-speaking callers.

Vvcentrex will look up the corresponding voice message for different language callers , if concerned language voice message can not be found , will go to default file hello.wav .

For example , abc.zh.wav is Chinese version of abc.wav. abc.en.wav is its English version . .zh is Chinese international standard code; en. is English international code. To get the other language codes, please look up the international standard.
Run vvcentrex software
Vvcentrex is a controlling software, which can not make calls and answer incoming calls and which runs on your server. After installation and configuration, double click headswitch.exe to start it, and its icon will appear in the taskbar of your computer. Double click the icon to display the control platform.

status_interval ------ inquiry interval (counted in second ) to check the status of all the VAVAA numbers in the [switch_table] –free or busy . if you set the interval as 0 , the process will not check regularly

4. open " vvcentrex.inf" again , now, let's set forwarding table ---[switch_table]

while someone call vvcentrex number 800830xxxxx, the vvcentrex will inquire the status of all the VAVAA numbers in the [switch_table], and then forward the incoming calls to the free line

5. status report of VAVAA phone setting
Log in the VAVAA number ( in [switch_table]) , go to "status report" in the menu , fill in the vvcentrex number or other VAVAA service's number which should know the status of the VAVAA phone for task arrangement , and then click " tick" to save .

6. run vvcentrex

Vvcentrex is a controlling software, which can not make calls and answer incoming calls and which runs on your server. After installation and configuration, double click headswitch.exe to start it, and its icon will appear in the taskbar of your computer. Double click the icon to display the control platform, which displays the status of all the VAVAA numbers in the [switch_table]
