Download and install MeetingCentrex software |

MeetingCentrex is console software, which cannot be used as
sub-conference and should be operated by the host. |

Fill in the authorization code of MeetingCentrex |
|

The authorization code issued by VAVAA should be filled in
MeetingCentrex.inf. , which is very important for you and take care
of it (free version ( 4 sub-conferences) do not need
authorization code , download free)

in & run |
|
|
You should plan whom you are going to invite as the participants
of the conference to organize the structure of MeetingCentrex
before starting MeetingCentrex . Click the icon of MeetingCentrex on
the desktop to start it
Note: the log-in number of MeetingCentrex and VAVAA are not the same. |

Start a call: press to start a call. |

The participators also can dial the MeetingCentrex number to join
in the meeting.
There is no video and audio equipment used with MeetingCentrex , if
you are the host of the conference , you should use VAVAA
terminal connected with MeetingCentrex as the other participants as
well |

1. member
Add: add participants
Join in freely: usually, only those who are listed as
participants can join in the meeting. If you select " join in
freely", any one who calls the MeetingCentrex number can join in
too and he/she will be listed as a participant automatically by
MeetingCentrex
send file: If you select " send file", and all the participators
can send files to each other.
note: the quantity of the participants in the list is not under
the limitation of VAVAA license agreement . But the quantity of
participants who join in the conference is limited by VAVAA
license agreement.
2. audio
Noise cancellation : If there is loud noise during communication, please select this option. In fact, VAVAA has this option, too. We suggest all the participants select this option of their VAVAA terminals, so that the host don’t need to select this option.
Single: only one participant is allowed to join in the conference. The host is the one to make a decision about who is the conference participant.
Multiple: more than one participants are allowed to join in the
conference .
Select all: select " select all" , all the participants is the
list are allowed to join in the conference
Deselect all: select "deselect all", no one is allowed to join
in the conference.
3. video
Image size : choose the size of the video image. if the
conference is composed of multi sub-conference, we suggest you
unify the sizes of all the controls.
image compound: many participants' image can be compounded in
one image.
select all: activate all the participants' web cam.
deselct all: cancel all the participants' web cam.
